Patricia M. Lynch, LLD, supervises support of Kaiser Permanente’s state government relations’ efforts in nine states and the District of Columbia. In addition, Ms. Lynch represents Kaiser Permanente at the National Governors’ Association and oversees Kaiser Permanente’s representation at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and other national organizations and trade associations dealing with state health legislative and policy issues. Ms. Lynch has lectured on the US health care system in the Czech Republic and to international groups visiting Kaiser Permanente.
