Vice President, Customer Strategy & Value, Roche Canada
Ms. Selemba is responsible for strategically identifying and leading the development of the future patient centric business model required for the organization, translating strategy across functions and business units, and driving commercial excellence. As a member of the Canadian Leadership Team, she also helps to set the strategic direction for the organization. Ms. Selemba brings more than 20 years of experience to Roche Canada. During her career, she has had responsibility for multiple functional areas including marketing, sales, new product development, reimbursement, continuing education and training, business and financial analysis. As a leader, she has driven patient & customer centricity shifts across the organization, participated and led business transformational initiatives, and actively engaged in talent management. Previously, Ms. Selemba was with Sanofi Canada, holding a number of positions including Vice President, Marketing, Customer Strategy & Solutions & Access. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Windsor.
