Tom Edgar began working in the pharmaceutical industry began in 1999 as a sales representative and has held numerous progressive positions in Learning and Development, Marketing, Sales Management and Customer Strategy and Value. He has had the honour of partnering with healthcare providers to improve patients’ lives in the areas of psychiatry, neurology, respirology, endocrinology, urology, oncology and rheumatology. Mr. Edgar has a Bachelor of Business Economics from Brock University and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from McMaster University. His work in patient experience allows him to combine his knowledge of consumer behaviour and health care in an effort to improve efficiencies and patient outcomes.
